Team Leaders

Our team of multi-disciplinary professionals includes architects, LEED Accredited Professionals, interior designers, planners and graphic designers.  All are supported by a dedicated AutoCAD, Revit and technical support staff.


Eric Oleson, AIA, CID

Eric is a Principal Partner at Oleson + Hobbie Architects.  He has been involved in professional practice for over 15 years.  Eric has developed a broad range of experience in the design, planning and construction of municipal projects, educational facilities, restaurants, office buildings, financial institutions, higher educational facilities and liturgical facilities.  He is a leader in the community serving on numerous boards and committees.

Dennis Hobbie, AIA, LEED AP

Dennis is a Principal Partner at Oleson + Hobbie Architects and has over 15 years of professional practice in architecture.  His experience with diverse project types and locations provides him with the expertise and talent to serve clients effectively across our markets.  Dennis has exceptional project leadership skills in construction detailing and management enabling him to lead the firm's design teams.

Jessica Bergeleen

Jessica is an Interior Designer with Oleson + Hobbie Architects.  Originally from Rapid City, South Dakota, Jessica graduated with an Interior Design Degree from the accredited program at South Dakota State University in Brookings.  Her experience with commercial interiors including liturgical, health care and hospitality along with custom residential interiors makes her an excellent fit for Oleson + Hobbie Architects.  Jessica is a natural leader and will guide clients through the design process to ensure that their needs are met with creative design solutions.  She is excited to be in Mankato and looks forward to the new opportunities that our community has to offer. 

Brad Schonborn, LEED AP

Brad is a Project Manager at Oleson + Hobbie Architects bringing over 12 years of experience in a variety of project types. These project types range from educational and liturgical facilities to mixed use retail developments, medical and industrial manufacturing facilities. Brad has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture with a minor in Landscape Design as well as a Master of Architecture Degree all from the University of Minnesota.
